Shipping

Which shipping carriers do you use?

Sureblend understand that once an item has been purchased, you want your item as soon as possible. Our warehouse team know this and aim to process orders same day. We are subject to courier collection times, so all orders before 1pm are dispatched same day, but we are at the mercy of the carriers.

Our items are normally dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked48, Tracked24 or DPD Local. We will provide a tracking number once your item is dispatched for you to monitor and check. Our team are always on hand by email or phone to help with any queries.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Sureblend is a global product and dispatched all over the world. Please contact us for a delivery cost if it is not automatically available in the cart.

How long before my item arrives?

We aim to get you your items within 5-7 days.  We have faster options in the checkout with Royal Mail tracked 24/48 and DPD Next Day.  From order to delivery, we aim to have your product with you as soon as possible.  We aim to dispatch all orders same or next day depending on the cut off times from courier collections.

Outside the UK, European deliveries are normally around 10 days and outside Europe are subject to Country customs, but we aim for a speedy delivery. This can be advised on a case by case basis.  We use the fastest courier possible for the fee paid.

Payments

What are the payment methods you accept?

We want our customers to feel safe and secure, so we offer ShopPay, Paypal and Google Pay. If preferred, we can send invoices where a bank transfer can be made directly should this be preferred. 

Is buying online safe?

Buying online requires diligence, though we use secure payment providers, and our websites are fully SSL registered providing the best levels of security. If you suspect you have been subject to fraud or feel insecure, please let us know immediately as we want the best for all our customers. Letting your bank know immediately is also important.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an order?

Ordering online is the best way. We offer offline solutions through our sales call centre or by pro forma should it be preferred. We supply to the trade and retail, so we can facilitate all requirements. Please contact us with your own bespoke request should you have one.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you have made an error, the best way is to email us straight away. Depending if you item has left the building or not is subject to if we can cancel the order immediately. We offer a 30 day no quibble returns on all products; all we ask is the item is in the condition it was received, not used. Used items cannot be refunded under any circumstances due to hygiene controls. Contact us for a returns reference to ensure your item is processed quickly for a return.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Sureblend want to make your transactions as quick as possible and therefore we do not require an account sign up to get you an order placed. Signing up allows for your history to be stored and for easy access to purchased information. We do not hold data not required for accounting or compliance reasons.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are uploaded when the goods are dispatched so full tracking is available directly from your account area.

How can I return my product?

Should you not be happy or change your mind. Please use the returns option in the order page or send us an email so we can arrange a unique returns reference. This enables a fast processing of your returned item and ensures a speedy refund. We are here to help, so please do not hesitate to contact us for any assistance we can provide.  Items must be return unused and at the buyers cost.

Warranty

Do I have warranty?

Warranty is provided on all parts* as standard against manufacturing defect or failure for 3 months*. Should you item arrive damaged or faulty, please let us know immediately so we can get the item returned and replaced as quickly as possible.

*The base is not covered under warranty for damage caused by liquid. The base USB port is not waterproof and cannot go into the dishwasher nor can it be submerged in water. Washing the item needs to be done with care to not allow water into the USB port. All warranty claims will be rejected for this reason on examination. We may ask you to cover the returns cost in this situation as it is not a manufacturing fault.
